
MYO Seasoning Blends
Making your own seasonings is both fast and easy. You can use this page as a reference, or print out the document below to have on hand when you need it. I have the recipe cards printed, laminated, and hung in my spice cupboard where I can refernce it any time. (BTW, you can buy self laminating sheets if you don't have a thermal laminator).

Emeril's Creole Seasoning
2 ½ Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Thyme

Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Basil
2 Tbsp. Marjoram
2 Tbsp. Oregano
2 Tbsp. Rosemary
2 Tbsp. Thyme

Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/3 Cup Salt
2 Tbsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Bouillon
1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Marjoram
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Curry Powder

Mulling Spices
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Orange Peel
1 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Minced Dried Onion
2 ½ tsp. Thyme
2 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Oil (to be added later)

Fajita Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 ½ tsp. Bouillon
1 ½ tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp. Cumin
¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
