
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes: 4 Dozen
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Butter
1 ¼ Cups Sugar
1 ¼ Cups Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Brandy or rum*
2 Eggs
2 Cups White Flour
2 Cups Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 (24 oz.) Bag Dark Chacolate Chips (4 Cups)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Chai Spice
Preparations
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl beat butter, sugars, liquor, and eggs, until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Then stir in chocolate chips.
On an ungreased cookie sheet drop dough by tablespoonfuls. (Keep about 2 inches between). Bake 11 to 13 min. or until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet onto brown paper bag.
Note: *you can use vanilla extract if you buy good quality extract*
