Roasted Potato Wedges

Preparation Time: 10 Min.

Cook Time: 30 min

Makes: Large Cookie sheet

 

Ingredients:

 

1 Small bag Potatoes

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Favorite seasoning blend (season to taste) 

 

Preparations

     Preheat oven to 350°.

     Using an apple slicer or a knife, slice potatoes into wedges.

     Brush 1 Tbsp. or so of Olive Oil on your cookie sheet. 

     Spread your potato wedges evenly over the cookie sheet.

     Drizzle remaining Olive Oil over wedges.

     Sprinkle liberally with seasoning blend and salt if you're using a salt-free blend.

     Bake for 30 minutes
