Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Makes: 4 Cups

 

Ingredients:

 

2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes

1 Cup Black Beans

1 Cup Corn

1/2 Copped Onion 

1/4 Cup Fresh Minced Cilantro

2 Tbsp. Parsley

2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin

1/2 tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Black Pepper

2 tsp. Fresh Jalapeno Peppers (optional) 

OR 1 tsp. Cayanne Pepper (optional)

 

Preparations:

 

     Simply chop it all up, mix it together, and let it chill over night.
